Amir Zaki wrote about  depression, divorce, separation,   dysfunctional  personal relationships in his Urdu songs . . .  all everyday realities for  his young  to middle aged Pakistani audience . . .   

Amir Zaki set his Urdu lyrics to heart melting musical notes and then  rendered the songs in his unique whispery  style  . . .  his was a soulful performance in the galaxy of talented Pakistani singers and music composers .  He was also a top notch Solo Guitarist . . .  Amir Zaki's memory  lives on in our hearts . . .
