Problems in Typing Punjabi Text Using Urdu Fonts

 The typing or keyboarding, text composition and publishing of Punjabi language books suffers from the lack of a word processing software truly dedicated to Punjabi written in the persio-arabic script (also called Shah Mukhi script by the Indian Punjabi community) used in Pakistan. Some of the problematic issues in this context are that

the noon sound in Punjabi is pronounced as "nrr" and Pakistan's Punjabi linguists have not come up with a universally accepted font character for typing this uniquely Punjabi sound

many Punjabi words require the fusion of the "hay" sound with the consonant immediately preceding it and this SHOULD  be typed with the "do chashmee hay" but this is seldom done in practice

the "chotee yay" and the "barree yay" sounds make a HUGE difference in the meanings of Pujabi words and there is no distinctly different way of typing each of these two sounds in Punjabi words.  My (admittedly amateurish) solution to this problem is to type out the "yay" in a "non-ligated" way as is shown in the text image below where the red colored text shows how Punabi is being currently typed in books and the dark blue text shows my  solutions to typing Punjabi in a phonetically accurate manner :
